Wesley Campbell

Founder & President

Wesley Campbell is the founder of Be A Hero. He is a loving husband to Stacey and father of four sons and one daughter. Wesley has been a missionary, a church planter, and has founded several schools and ministries. Currently he teaches at various schools and conferences and serves as the president of Be A Hero International. As conference speakers, together Stacey and Wesley have ministered in over 50 nations, laboring to see mercy and social justice transformed in the world.

Art Lucier

Board Member

Recording artist, preacher, and prophet,   Art Lucier is the founder of Harvest Ministries Canada. He has been the senior pastor of The Harvest Church in Kitimat BC since 2003, and most recently, Kelowna Harvest Fellowship. Art has travelled many times to Goma, Congo where he has built two orphanages and is currently involved in the on going support of these orphanages. Art and his wife Heather live in Kelowna, BC. They have two grown sons.

Dennis Rainier

Board Member

Dennis is the founder of the Apostolic Resource Centre, Revival Cry Ministries, LOFT, and one of the founders of Be A Hero USA. A speaker and author, Dennis and his wife Tammi live in Bozeman, MT with their four daughters.

Samuel Robinson

Board Member

Samuel travels throughout the world, hosting conferences, schools, community and sporting events, living out his passion to equip the body of Christ in Canada and beyond. He and his wife, Kristen, work with a variety of organizations and ministries, taking ministry outside of the church walls.

Stacey Campbell

Board Advisor/ Co-Founder

STACEY CAMPBELL is a prophetic voice to this generation and has a passion to teach believers to know how to hear the voice of God through proper teaching and strong values. She is the founder and facilitator of the Canadian Prophetic Council, and serves as an honorary member of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, presided over by Dr. Peter Wagner and Cindy Jacobs. Stacey is on the apostolic team of Harvest International Ministries (H.I.M.) under Ché Ahn. She and her husband Wesley are founders of New Life Church in Kelowna, BC and a mercy organization for children at risk called “Be A Hero.” As conference speakers, they have ministered in over sixty nations, laboring to see revival and social justice transform the world. Their personal experience as missionaries, church planters, pastors, gives their teaching a depth and authority that can only come from personal experience. The Campbells have five grown children and live in Kelowna, B.C., Canada.

Mark Tubbs

Board Member

Mark and Ann Tubbs currently serves as aspotles and HIM regional directors. Together they also started Transformation of the Nations in 2012 in unity with Harvest International Ministries.  The goal was to provide Transformation Trips around the world to assist apostles and emerging leaders in key nations.

Prior to 2012, Mark and Ann Tubbs served as local church pastors for 24 years. During that season, Mark and Ann traveled primarily to Kenya where they started a network formerly called the Rock Creek Church network.  In 2006, they were commissioned by Che Ahn and HIM and Mark served as the Executive Director.  During that time the network of the now 3,000 churches was changed to HIM Kenya.  In 2011 Mark and Ann were released to serve the HIM churches in over 60 nations.

Silas Allan

Board Member

Silas J. Allan is an international businessman and serial entrepreneur who has focused mainly on renewable energy solutions. He has extensive experience in business development, management, and funding facilitation. Silas has provided creative and alternative funding and business structures through his various entities. His professional skills include strategic planning and project management. He brings excellence and integrity to the initiation, expansion and maintenance of business, financial and political relationships globally. His international business experience, networking and language skills have provided the foundations for government and corporate-level financial structuring and business solutions around the world.

Silas is the founder of a company that is developing a world wide solution to plastic waste by converting plastic waste into clean renewable fuels and gasolines without releasing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions into the atmosphere.
